Farmers Marche Selection for August

We’re pleased to announce that our June Vegetable Set and Fruit and Vegetable Set will include a selection of the following seasonal produce grown by our partner farms in and around Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture.

Vegetables (10-12 types):

  3. Cabbage
  4. Cucumbers
  5. Edamame
  6. Carrots
  7. Potatoes
  8. Green Beans
  9. Eggplants
  10. Tomatoes
  11. Bok Choy
  12. Corn
  13. Malabar spinach
  14. Onions
  15. Okra
  16. Garlic
  17. Shiitake Mushrooms (Bed-Cultivated)
  18. Maitake Mushrooms
  19. Perilla
  20. Jew's Mallow or Egyption Spinach
  21. Chinese Water Spinach
  22. Japanese Ginger
  23. Pumpkin
  24. Shishito peppers
  25. Long green onions
  26. Bitter melon

Fruit (2 types):

  1. Blueberries
  2. Peaches
  3. Pear
  4. Fig
  5. Mini Watermelon
  6. Melon
  7. Grapes

*Other fruit including items grown outside Gunma Prefecture.
