The Vegetable Subscription Box is a service where our specialized team members carefully select and send a variety of seasonal, safe, and high-quality vegetables to you on a regular basis every week.
We curate a selection of fresh and safe seasonal vegetables, new products, and distinctive offerings. We also provide recipe recommendations for your convenience.

We offer the following delivery frequencies according to your preferences:

• Weekly Delivery
• Bi-weekly Delivery (Every 2 Weeks)
• Monthly Delivery (once a month)

We will deliver the Vegetable Subscription Box every Saturday morning. The order cutoff time is every Monday at 6:00 PM. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by the previous Monday at 6:00 PM.
If you have specific delivery date preferences, please feel free to consult with us.

Please place your order on our website. You can review your order history and details on the My Page section.
Additionally, you will receive order confirmation and shipment notifications to your registered email address.

If there is an issue with the product within 1 day of its arrival, please attach images that clearly show the condition of the product and email us at the provided inquiry contact for assistance.
