青果セットに掲載されている野菜や果物は、すべて風光明媚な高崎市で大切に栽培されたものです。高崎市は、標高60～1,700メートルの地形にあり、標高800メートルまでの平野と山地に広大な農地が広がる多様な景観が特徴です。
このダイナミックな地形は、豊かな農業のタペストリーに貢献しています。広大な平野で、農家は米、麦、野菜などの主作物の栽培に力を入れています。丘陵地帯から山間部に上がると、家畜の飼育、果樹の栽培、キノコの栽培が盛んな風景が広がっています。
高崎の農業の恵みはそれだけではありません。私たちの地域は、独特の地域特性を活かして、この地域の農業の多様性に独特の風味を加えている加工品の生産が盛んであることで知られています。この多様性への取り組みにより、当社の果物と野菜のセットは、新鮮さだけでなく、高崎の農業遺産を特徴づける豊かで変化に富んだ風景や特産品の味わいも提供します。
